Nicholas B. Lazzarini is an experienced business litigator specializing in creditor remedies at bankruptcy, including relief from stay, abandonment of property, and both adversary and non-dischargeability proceedings.

Mr. Lazzarini was a founding partner at Young & Lazzarini, practicing creditor remedies and business litigation. Previously, Mr. Lazzarini practiced white collar criminal defense and legal malpractice at Segal & Kirby LLP, as well as white collar defense at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
