Kenrick W. Young serves as Of Counsel to LWY, specializing in creditors’ rights and corporate restructuring

After receiving his law degree, Mr. Young clerked for the Honorable Bankruptcy Judge Whitney Rimel. Following his clerkship, Mr. Young worked at Downey Brand LLP and was a founding partner of Young & Lazzarini. 

Mr. Young is AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating by peers and judges.  He is also former president of the Sacramento County Bar Association, Bankruptcy & Commercial Law section.
